As one of the few pet friendly communities, we proudly allow cats and dogs here at Heritage Estates. Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.

Our Pet Policy

• Heritage Estates Apartments allows dogs and cats
• We welcome pets upon approval
• There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment
• We do not accept any aggressive breeds including, but not limited to, Dobermans, Pit Bulls, Chows, Akitas, German Shepards, Rottweilers or any non-domestic dogs or any mix of the above stated breeds. Please see leasing office for additional breeds not allowed.

Pet Fees

• 1 pet: $200 deposit, $200 non-refundable, $30 pet rent
• 2 pets: $250 deposit, $250 non-refundable, $45 pet rent
